Our Permanent Pleat tape design is one of the simplest and most affordable design.  Often used in casual country homes or beach houses. This style also uses less fabric than other designs. It is a more cost effective heading as it is easy to make! We often use double tape or single tape on voile curtains, which sit behind the main curtain. When using double tape as the main curtain heading it looks best to make them as full as possible.
